ABOUT US

Untitled.png

In 2024, we we’re proud to become an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). That means every member of our team has a stake in the company’s success — when we work together, we grow together, we succeed together.

All our team members — including management, supervisors, technicians, and site operatives — are directly employed by the company. This allows us to offer our clients continuity, consistency, and full accountability from initial enquiry to project completion.

Client satisfaction and high-quality workmanship are at the core of everything we do. We also invest in the future of our industry by training apprentices and passing on the expertise we’ve built over generations.

Lillekers: Trusted. Experienced. Employee-owned.

Family Run to
Employee Owned

Established in 1919...

We have over 100 years of experience in the industry. From our fully refurbished offices on Mountenoy Road in Rotherham, we continue to build on a century-long reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism. From our roots in the Steel and Coal Mining industries to our growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, we’ve remained committed to our core values — delivering exceptional workmanship and service. Today, we continue to uphold that standard, proudly recognised as one of South Yorkshire’s leading electrical contractors.

We’re proud of our people. Many of our team members have been with us for over 25 years, and their loyalty and experience are a key part of what sets us apart. We actively invest in training and development to ensure our workforce remains at the cutting edge of industry standards and practices. We’re also committed to building the future. Through apprenticeships and adult training programs, we provide hands-on opportunities for individuals to learn and develop valuable trade skills. Supporting our local community and investing in the next generation of engineers is something we value deeply — it's not just our legacy, it’s our future.
