LBL are an Industry recognised employer of Apprentices, our yearly intake ensures we have a minimum level apprentices across all stages, representing a minimum 12% of our workforce. Our success rate on Apprentice Training Completion is second to none with a 95% pass rate. Considering an Apprenticeship? LBL offer two programmes, both of which run over 4 years on a block release basis and are available from 16 to 19 years of age; 501/1605/8 EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) (QCF) held at RCAT and Sheffield College. OR Part 1: – Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship – 600/1806/9 City and Guilds Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Heating and Ventilating Industrial and Commercial Installation. held at Leeds College of Building. Part 2: – Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship – 600/1009/5 City and Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Heating and Ventilating – Industrial and Commercial held at Leeds College of Building. If you are interested, firstly you will need to register with our training provider JTL and complete their aptitude test. Click the link above to complete the aptitude test. Once you have done this please send your CV to our Training Officer together with your predicted or known grades you will then be selected to attend our own interview and aptitude test. Please note our intake is normally April with a view to starting with the company August/September.
