- Refurbishment of Factory 4 & 5 Sandwich halls and associated despatch, tray wash and prep areas.
- Disconnection and strip out of existing installation.
- Installation of 9 No. sandwich manufacturing lines and associated power and control.
- Replacing existing fluorescent lighting to both factories with new LED energy saving fittings.
- Installation of IP67 three phase and single phase GRP RCD socket outlets to perimeter of factories.
- Upgrade existing fire alarms and emergency lighting to both factories.
- Upgrading of distribution and containment matrix to accommodate the above.
- Testing and commissioning of the above.
- Refurbishment of offices to the above factory.
- Installation of new CCTV throughout the factories and associated offices, plantroom and amenities.
- Replace existing SON lighting with new LED energy saving external flood lighting to perimeter and car parks.
