But we haven’t gone far…
We are excited to announce that Lilleker’s started the new year in a new and improved location. Rowan House, located on Mountenoy road, has been an internal renovation project for the past two years. Lilleker Bros Ltd purchased the 1970’s office back in 2015, and following extensive planning, research and development the works commenced in 2017.
Taking the whole building back to bare brick, we were able to adapt the existing building completely to our needs. The fit-for-purpose office has created an excellent workspace staff, offering a much improved meeting and training environment. Unlike our previous premises, Rowan House comprises a board room, communal managers office and a dedicated estimating area all equipped with Clevertouch® touch screens.
We officially moved into our new premises on 2nd January 2020. And whilst we were sad to leave our well established office on Moorgate road behind, we believe the move is a huge step in the right direction and the start of a new chapter in the companies history.
